Claudia Martinez Mansell founded Kissweh to create fair working opportunities for those in the refugee camps of Lebanon and Syria. The Rima cushion displays a mix of tonalities and motifs reminiscent of Japanese Boro patchwork. Its embroidered entirely by hand over the course of two to three weeks and complete with a tonal zipper. The craftswomen combine the colours differently every time, making each piece one of a kind.
