Set on both sides of the large amethyst are six small round amethysts, three on each side, and they measure 3mm. The ring also has beautiful pink sapphires weighing a total of 1 1/2 carats and diamond accent of 1/4 carat in white gold. The sapphires are 2mm, and the diamonds measure 1mm. Very heavy gold, high quality designer piece! This is a contemporary piece designed and signed by Laura Ramsey. It fits a size 10 1/2 finger, but ring sizing is available upon request.
