Theyre handmade in the founders favourite terracotta clay and fired to mid-temperature note how shes intentionally left a portion unglazed at the base to highlight the materials beautifully rich colour. If you look closely, youll see the waves of speckles around the edges, a result of the iron finding its way through the grey tin glaze. This may vary by design, which is only indicative of the unique, handmade nature of her work.
