The cameo is accented by a small European cut diamond measuring 2.5mm and three seed pearls measuring 2mm. There are also many tiny 1mm seed pearls strung on a wire. The lavaliere measures 1 1/2″ long with bail and includes a new 14k yellow gold 18″ chain. It weighs 2.4 dwt., and dates from the 1880-1890s.
