I had a feeling about this beauty when I was glazing it and I was NOT disappointed!. But it’s more than the glazing. The deliciously smooth and soft curving base, the gentle dip in the rim that ‘kisses your lips when you take a sip, the gentle texture grooves that the fingers fall into and the cozy handle to hold the grounding heft make this mug so comforting to hold as you settle into a cozy nest that youve created for yourself.

CARE RECOMMENDATIONS:

Although my pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe, I encourage treating these pieces like a well loved treasure that will be passed down by limiting microwave and dishwasher use. I have lost a few well loved and irreplaceable Renaissance festival mugs over the years that Ive learned how to care for my own collection to help keep them with me to pass down to my son. I share the pottery care information in that spirit. I have a few of my own Sublime Pottery pieces that Ive always microwaved and washed in the dishwasher that are all just fine but some of my pieces – like this beauty – I treat like a treasure. I never microwave them or leave them soaking in water. Ill warm them a bit with warm tap water if its a cold winter morning and the kitchen is chilly and Ill hand wash, towel dry and put them away like my Granny did with her last remaining heirloom china tea cup. It feels special. Like I treated myself and now Im giving some care to this thing that brings me joy.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

If you have ordered multiple pieces, we can generally pack up to four normal sized pieces in one package. Shipping overages will be issued once an order has been packed and weighed. Unless otherwise indicated, all orders going to the same address will be shipped together (up to 4 pieces in one box).
